They Helped Me Regain Skills I Thought I Had Lost Forever
A year after a major concussion, Hannah Goodman still could not hold numbers, multitask, or track time -- a serious problem for a teacher. Three months later she was thinking clearly again. In her own words.

I came to them for help with recovering from a major concussion. After a year of therapies, I still had cognitive problems- couldn't remember numbers, had trouble multitasking (a big issue for a teacher!), keeping track of time, and was struggling with doing online courses required for my job. And even after a good day I was utterly exhausted.
After 3 months of work I am thinking clearly again, easily handling the things like numbers and time and multitasking that were so difficult. Last week I did two hours of work for an online course, without feeling any strain at all.
The staff are terrific. They tailor the activities for each person's needs and abilities. And while the activities are challenging, they are fun. The staff keeps the atmosphere light and pleasant, and they celebrate every improvement. They meticulously track each patient's progress. When you're working hard at a difficult exercise and a staff member tells you how much faster you are doing it compared to when you did the exercise last time...: it's very encouraging.
They patiently and expertly helped me regain skills that I thought I had lost forever. If you have problems related to brain injury, please do yourself a favor and ask for Dr. Lisa. These folks are truly amazing.
